What data we process and why.

• Free audit and contact form. Name, email, store website, platform and message. We use them to reply to you and send you the audit. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, if you request a service, the application of pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b).
• Emails you send us. If you write to hola@rankedora.com, we use your message and your address to handle your enquiry.
• Spam prevention. When you submit the form, a technical identifier derived from your IP address is generated and kept for one hour at most to limit abusive submissions. We do not store your IP alongside your data. Legal basis: legitimate interest in site security (art. 6.1.f).

Recipients.

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors, such as web hosting and email.

How long we keep it.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the statutory limitation periods for possible liabilities. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Your rights.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@rankedora.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Third-party services.

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers when you visit it. We do not use analytics or advertising tools. More information in the cookie policy.
